CS Precision Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 2000 to meet the demanding requirements of today’s metal machining customers.

Located in the heart of the United States, our state-of-the-art 73,000 square foot manufacturing facility, specializes in a wide array of hydraulic couplings.

Our products are widely used in a variety of industries: construction, agricultural, mining, oil, industrial equipment, and more.

Multi-Spindle Screw Machine

Our state-of-the-art fully automatic multi-spindle lathes ensure we deliver highly accurate products to our customers time after time. The multi-spindle design is perfect for the most intricate parts, and efficient in medium to high volume productions. We operate a wide array of screw machines: Acme Gridley, Brown & Sharpe, and Euro Turn to meet the growing machining demands.

Plating Operations

Our wide array of plating applications include: zinc, nickel, chrome, passivate, anodizing, and others to meet your individual needs. We take pride in the fact that our plating line performs higher than the S.A.E. corrosion resistance requirements and industry standard, which means our products will stand the test of time.

CNC Machining

Our high-tech, computer controlled CNC lathes ensure accurate and consistent parts. With its high-speed precision turning, it produces short cycle times for cost-effective runs.

Assembly Operations

Our in-house assembly operations - bending, crimping, flaring, and pressing - guarantee for quick turnaround times and ensure the highest quality.

Heat Treating

Our advanced vacuum ovens perform brazing and annealing operations to create the strongest bond for durable products and the highest quality.

Our stringent Quality Assurance Program is proof we are committed towards striving for the goal of ZERO defects for all customers.

We control the quality from start to finish.
Our entire manufacturing process is performed in-house from making our own tooling to the final plating on the products. Every aspect of the product must meet our high standards.

We meticulously track the manufacturing process.

Our products are marked for traceability, which allows us to determine precisely when they were manufactured and the source of the raw materials. If there is ever a problem, we know exactly which parts may be defective.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification

To ensure our customers get consistent, high quality products, we have obtained a rigorous ISO Quality Management Certification (without design). In addition, we routinely have internal and external quality audits performed to verify we are always in conformity to the standards.
