CS Precision Manufacturing: Making quality parts for more than a 25 Years!
CS Precision Manufacturing produces hydraulic couplings, fittings, and components for clients across the globe. Located in Western Nebraska, our state-of-the-art equipment ensures our ability to continuously deliver highly accurate products to our customers.
Our ongoing commitment to technology, quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability are demonstrated throughout our organization. Leading-edge transfer machines, multi-spindle screw machines, CNC lathes, plating operations, in-house assembly processes, wire EDM, multiple CNC grinders dedicated to tooling, and heat treating ovens, give CSPM the ability to manufacture products meeting and often exceeding our clients expectations.
Our stringent Quality Assurance Program is proof we are committed towards striving for the goal of ZERO defects for all customers.
We control the quality from start to finish.
Our entire manufacturing process is performed in-house from making our own tooling to the final plating on the products. Every aspect of the product must meet our high standards.
We meticulously track the manufacturing process.
Our products are marked for traceability, which allows us to determine precisely when they were manufactured and the source of the raw materials. If there is ever a problem, we know exactly which parts may be defective.

To ensure our customers get consistent, high quality products, we have obtained a rigorous ISO Quality Management Certification (without design). In addition, we routinely have internal and external quality audits performed to verify we are always in conformity to the standards.
